We are looking for a Wedding Decor Executive / Manager specializing in fabric, props, and flower decor. You will play a pivotal role in bringing wedding and function visions to life through your creative expertise. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and our event planning team to conceptualize, design, and execute stunning decor arrangements that enhance the overall ambiance of weddings and functions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creative Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for fabric, props, and flower decor.
- Develop innovative and personalized decor concepts that align with the client's theme and style.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, weddings, and social gatherings, with a focus on fabric, props, and flower decor.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and objectives for each event.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including event coordinators, vendors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to ensure seamless event execution.
- Problem-solving:
- Anticipate and address potential challenges during the planning and execution phases, demonstrating quick and effective problem-solving skills.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality events that align with Decor's standards of excellence.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education Level:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Event Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Wedding Decor Executive or in a similar role, specializing in fabric, props, and flower decor.
- Minimum 3–7 years overall experience required.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
