Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design décor themes for multi-day luxury weddings
- Create detailed mood boards, concept decks, and visual presentations
- Stay updated with global & Indian wedding trends, color palettes, textures, and styling
- Strong understanding of color theory, florals, materials, and production elements
- Translate client briefs into unique, high-impact décor concepts
- Coordinate with florists, fabricators, vendors, and internal teams
- Be actively involved in on-ground execution and ensure design accuracy on-site
- Supervise décor setup, detailing, and final styling during events
- Innovate and bring fresh concepts for upcoming wedding seasons
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in designing and executing luxury / premium weddings
Proven experience with multi-luxury wedding projects
Strong visual sensibility and an exceptional eye for detail
Hands-on knowledge of florals, production, structures, and materials
Comfortable with both creative planning and on-ground execution
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure wedding environments
Passionate, proactive, and highly creative with original ideas
