Exemplifi was founded in 2018 by Stanford technologists and is based in Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley. We are experts in building and managing enterprise websites and have built websites for some of the biggest global brands. The Work We Do
We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don't do any redesign).
We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including : Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Website UX Designer to join our team. This position is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in India.
- ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to understand their website content needs.
- Develop site maps and navigational structures that optimize user flow and facilitate intuitive navigation.
- Create wireframes in Figma based on the information architecture
- Iterate on wireframes with the customers and finalize
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the implementation of UX designs accurately and efficiently.
- The skills we'll needBachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven work experience as a UX designer, preferably with a focus on website design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research techniques, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing website UX design projects and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
