Executive – Website & Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Website & Software Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance official websites and software systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of website development, coding, debugging, software maintenance, and performance optimization. The candidate must be capable of independently handling development activities while coordinating with internal teams for digital and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement new website features and functionalities

Update, maintain, and improve existing web pages and software systems

Suggest innovative ideas for website and software enhancements

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth software performance

Handle website and software development activities independently

Coordinate with internal departments for digital requirements and system support

Perform debugging, testing, and issue resolution for websites and applications

Ensure website security, backups, and performance optimization

Monitor website uptime, hosting, and database performance

Maintain proper documentation of development activities and updates

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of website development and software maintenance

Experience in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting technical issues

Familiarity with web hosting platforms and database systems

Knowledge of website security, backups, and optimization techniques

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Good communication and coordination skills

Prior experience in website/software development will be preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in website management and software support will be preferred

Ability to handle end-to-end website and software operations independently
