The Quality Assurance Desk is the compliance and performance gatekeeper of that engine.
We are hiring a Website Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist who:
- Understands end-to-end website design workflow
- Has built websites personally (not theory-only QA)
- Can check compliance with customer briefs rigorously
- Ensures mobile-first, accessible, and discoverable builds
- Coaches designers to improve output quality
- Documents structured, actionable feedback
- Uses AI tools to enhance review precision and speed
This is not a checklist tester role.
This is a performance-enforcement and capability-building role.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Customer Brief Compliance Enforcement- Validate website builds against approved customer briefs
- Ensure section structure, messaging, and conversion flow align with objectives
- Detect deviations before client exposure
- Maintain strict adherence to the defined scope
B. Mobile-First & Accessibility Standards- Enforce mobile-first execution standards
- Validate responsiveness across devices and breakpoints
- Ensure accessibility best practices (readability, contrast, hierarchy, usability)
- Identify UX friction points impacting user engagement
C. Discoverability & Conversion Best Practices- Ensure websites are structured for search discoverability
- Validate metadata, heading hierarchy, and content structure
- Assess CTA placement and conversion pathways
- Identify design decisions impacting bounce rate and lead flow
This role requires an understanding of website performance metrics not just visual polish.
D. AI-Assisted Quality Review- Use AI tools to:
- Run structured compliance checklists
- Identify content inconsistencies
- Flag accessibility issues
- Evaluate readability
- Support conversion optimisation analysis
- Reduce manual review time without reducing accuracy
- Continuously improve QA check frameworks
AI is expected to improve audit speed and depth.
E. Coaching & Capability Development- Provide structured, documented feedback to designers
- Conduct post-QA debrief sessions
- Identify recurring quality gaps
- Contribute to improving internal SOPs
- Help designers raise their FTR rates
QA is not policing it is performance elevation.
3. Skills Required- Deep understanding of SaaS website builders (Wix, Duda, and similar platforms)
- Strong grasp of mobile-first design principles
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused website structure
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written English (feedback documentation must be precise)
- Ability to coach constructively
- Strong analytical thinking
4. Qualifications Required- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 24 years of hands-on website building experience
- Portfolio of executed website projects
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end design workflow
