Job Description

AY&J Solicitors is looking for a Website Publisher to join our content and marketing team.

We have an active content and SEO programme, and we're looking for someone who can own the last mile of getting content live. That means making sure every page is published correctly, optimised, tracked and ready to perform without needing to be chased.

This is a dual role. Alongside publishing content and service pages, you'll also build campaign landing pages for our performance marketing team, helping us move quickly without everything having to go through development.

Location: Remote

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹7,00,000–₹8,00,000 per annum

Level: Executive

What you'll be doing:

• Publish website content and pages according to agreed specifications

• Build and format pages in the CMS, including images, internal links, schema and metadata

• Manage on-page SEO essentials including heading structure, title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, URLs and internal linking

• Check that tracking is working correctly before pages go live and flag any issues

• Support marketing automation and PR publishing requirements

• Maintain the publishing calendar and keep content moving from completion to publication

• Build campaign landing pages using Lovable or similar tools

• QA pages before publishing, including mobile rendering, page speed, broken links and form submissions

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of professional experience working with a CMS such as WordPress or Webflow

• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, or previous experience in an SEO-focused role

• Ability to build and publish a page from start to finish without relying on a developer

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA

• Good understanding of how website structure, content, SEO and tracking work together

It would be great if you also have:

• Webflow experience or an interest in learning new CMS platforms

• Experience with tools such as Lovable, Bolt or similar AI/vibe coding platforms

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager or Google Search Console

What we offer:

• Remote working

• Paid time off

• Learning and development opportunities

• Quarterly team get-togethers

• Employee recognition and rewards

• Opportunities for growth and progression

• A collaborative UK–India working environment

• A people-focused culture built around our core values: Growth Mindset, Go the Extra Mile and Care

The hiring process includes a screening call, a build test task, a 30-minute technical conversation and a culture fit round.

If you're detail-driven, technically curious and take ownership in getting every page right from build to publish, we'd love to hear from you.
