What will you get to do

  • Project manager for all website requests (new pages, content changes, etc.)
  • Create workflows for website requests and triage new tickets.
  • Act as the product manager for the Whatfix website user experience and strategy.
  • Implement product analytics strategy to track and benchmark user events, optimize UX, identify areas of user friction, and implement solutions.
  • Own A/B testing strategy across website to take a continuous improvement approach to website experience.
  • Own website conversion rate optimization including website chatbot, in-app messaging, banners, pop-ups, exit-intent modals, and beyond.
  • Support experimental SEO-driven website growth projects.
  • Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Content Marketing, AR, PR, Events, Social, Product Design, and Sales Enablement to provide comprehensive guidance and support as Whatfix develops and launches new products, services, and brands.

What should you have

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically on website strategy and web experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, Tech, Enterprise, SaaS, or related industry
  • 5+ years experience with website project management (ticketing requests workflows, triaging processes for new landing pages, content updates, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with website analytics strategy, from implementation, identifying key user actions to track, analyzing data sets, and using that data to make decisions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing website A/B testing and CRO strategy.
  • Experiencing owning and managing website chatbot strategy from a sales and marketing perspective.
  • You can create a well-planned website roadmap by strategically breaking down projects into delivery phases, such as MVPs.
  • Experience with website localization projects is a big plus.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects with teams like Content, Brand, Design (VFX + UX), Sales, Analytics, and Development.
  • Goal-oriented and data-driven mindset, with the ability to understand consumer behavior and trends, turning them into resonant, impactful campaigns
  • Ability to deliver work independently, testing and learning latest and greatest brand/content/marketing strategies.
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects across different functional stakeholders at once
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, including great written and verbal communication abilities

Good to Have:

  • Product Analytics and A/B testing tools like VWO, Amplitude, Optimizely, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Adobe Analytics, AB Tasty
  • Project Management Tools like JIRA, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com
  • Experience with building and managing product roadmaps and product/service request workflows.
  • Chatbot tools like Intercom, Drift, Tidio.
  • Can integrate and automate workflows across multiple tools.
  • Understanding of WordPress & G-Suite
