SENIOR SEO MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a result-driven Senior SEO Executive to manage and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on technical SEO expertise, and the ability to lead junior team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website architecture, meta tags, content structure, and internal linking
- Perform technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals)
- Manage backlink strategy and outreach campaigns
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Improve website ranking factors in alignment with Google algorithm updates
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and growth strategies
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of on-page & technical SEO
- Experience in link-building strategies
- Knowledge of schema markup, sitemap optimization
- Understanding of HTML, CSS (basic level preferred)
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
