Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Website Manager responsible for website development, design management, and overall website strategy. The candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js and full-stack development, along with the ability to manage website performance, user experience, and digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end website development and maintenance
- Develop and manage web applications using Node.js and full-stack technologies
- Oversee website architecture, performance optimization, and security
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for website enhancements
- Develop and execute website strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure SEO best practices and website analytics tracking
- Manage UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies (if required)
- Ensure timely updates, bug fixes, and feature rollouts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and full-stack development (Frontend & Backend)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular (preferred)
- Knowledge of databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of website hosting, deployment, and server management
- Familiarity with SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
