Job Description

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Website Process Accounts Manager to handle client accounts, manage website process operations, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients during the morning shift.

The ideal candidate should have strong account management skills, process control experience, and the ability to handle client communication professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and handle assigned client accounts for website processes

Closing Deals of Website & Digital Marketing

Capable of Single handedly running the Website process from scratch to end , supporting end to end needs

Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle escalations

Coordinate between sales, website development, content, and technical teams

Ensure timely delivery of website projects and process compliance

Monitor daily team performance and workflow execution

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Maintain accurate documentation and account records

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Support team members and ensure adherence to company SOPs

Experiece of bidding will be a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience in account management or website process

Strong communication skills in English

Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting

Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts

Leadership and team coordination skills

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Preferred Candidate

Experience in website sales/process

Prior experience handling international clients

Strong understanding of client servicing and operations
