Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with strong expertise in
WordPress and
HTML. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and HTML/CSS
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements
- Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into functional websites
- Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and SEO best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors
- Collaborate with designers and other developers for seamless delivery
- Manage website content updates and regular maintenance
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and any 1 programming language
- Experience in theme customization and plugin integration
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization
Soft Skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and design sense
