Role Description

This is a full-time, remote basis job where you will be responsible for designing and developing complete business websites, high-converting landing pages, and sales funnels based on client requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver visually appealing, performance-driven, and conversion-optimized digital assets.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of WordPress, Divi, and Elementor
• Ability to independently design and develop conversion-focused websites and landing pages
• Good understanding of funnel logic, user journeys, and CRO best practices
• Familiarity with CRM, email automation, analytics tools, and tracking integrations
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO
• Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with internal teams
• Portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and funnel implementations is mandatory

Role Overview

We are hiring a Website Designer & Developer for our agency who can build full websites, conversion-optimized landing pages, and sales funnels with upsells and downsells using WordPress, Divi, Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify, based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full business websites and microsites as per client needs
• Design and develop conversion-optimized landing pages (lead gen, sales, booking)
• Set up funnels including upsells, downsells, order bumps, and thank-you pages
• Work extensively with WordPress CMS, Divi, and Elementor
• Implement eCommerce and funnel logic using WooCommerce and/or Shopify
• Integrate forms, CRMs, email automation tools, analytics, and tracking pixels
• Manage deployments, hosting, and basic server operations (WHM / cPanel)
• Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in website design and development
• Proven experience building full business websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
• Experience working with WordPress CMS using Divi and Elementor
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and/or Shopify for eCommerce and funnel setups
• Experience implementing upsells, downsells, order bumps, and thank-you pages
• Prior experience handling multiple client projects in an agency or service-based environment
• Understanding of CRO principles (layout, CTA placement, user flow)
• Experience managing live websites, deployments, and hosting environments (WHM / cPanel)

Ideal Candidate Profile

We want someone who has hands-on experience with website and funnel-building tools such as CartFlows, WooFunnels, or Shopify native funnels, along with a basic understanding of PHP, SEO, and website performance optimization. Prior experience working in an agency or managing multiple client projects is preferred. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering conversion-focused websites, funnels in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.
