We are hiring disciplined, high-potential content writers from Digital Marketing programs who want to:

Build performance-driven website content

Master AI-assisted writing systems

You will write content that drives measurable business outcomes — traffic, leads, and conversions.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Website Content Creation

Write high-quality website copy in the required English (British / American / Australian/Canadian)

Develop service pages, homepages, landing pages, and local SEO pages

Align tone with the respective localised SMB audiences

Deliver conversion-focused CTAs

B. Performance & SEO Alignment

Integrate keywords naturally within SEO guidelines

Write optimised meta titles and meta descriptions

Align content with search intent

Improve readability and engagement metrics

Maintain Flesch Reading Ease Score above 70

C. AI-First Writing Execution

Use AI tools daily for:

Structured outlining

Research acceleration

Draft improvement

Clarity enhancement

SEO structuring

Improve output per hour using AI

Validate AI outputs for accuracy and cultural alignment

Reduce rework through intelligent prompting

4. Mandatory Qualifications (ATS Shortlisting Criteria)

To be shortlisted via ATS, candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Completed a Digital Marketing course (Mandatory)

Studied in English Medium in Class 12 (Mandatory)

Scored 90+ in English in Class 12 Board Exams (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
