Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead website and branding projects at Fruture Studio. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, project management skills, and creative expertise. You will primarily focus on website projects while contributing to branding initiatives, ensuring both are executed with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Projects:
- Lead and own website projects, ensuring strategy, execution, and delivery align with client goals.
- Develop effective website strategies, including sitemaps, user journeys, and design direction, to meet business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for live website projects, ensuring seamless communication and timely support for client needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and high-quality design.
- Demonstrate a passion for owning and mastering website platforms like Webflow, Wordpress while continuously exploring innovative approaches.
Branding Projects:
- Contribute to brand strategy development process
- Oversee logo design and related brand assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance branding initiatives and deliver impactful outcomes.
Project Management & Analysis:
- Plan, organise, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient project delivery.
- Apply an analytical mindset to understand business goals and translate them into actionable strategies for websites and branding projects.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a digital agency with work in website projects, branding, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align projects with business objectives.
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A creative and strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and present ideas to clients.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2-3X / week at our Chembur, Mumbai location.
