This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Website Account Manager specializing in Shopify. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing the Shopify e-commerce platform, overseeing product listings, inventory, and updates, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Additional duties involve analyzing website performance, implementing effective marketing strategies, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align website operations with the brand's goals.

• Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including store setup and app integrations
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and order processing
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising
• Ability to analyze website analytics and performance metrics
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Basic graphic design skills for website updates are a plus
• Familiarity with the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in e-commerce, marketing, or business management
