Webmaster / Tech Operations — Remote (India) · Full-time · IST hours

We're a growing digital company hiring a hands-on webmaster to run the technical operations that keep the business humming — domains, websites, hosting, accounts, and the tools and access behind our day-to-day work. It's a broad, practical role: a steady flow of repeatable technical tasks done accurately and on time, with real room to grow your scope.

This is a long-term operations role — you keep things running and fix what breaks. It is not a software-development, design, or analytics job, and it won't become one. It's for someone who genuinely enjoys steady, repeatable technical work and wants to get great at it.

The kind of work

• Managing domains, DNS, hosting, and day-to-day website upkeep and fixes
• Setting up and administering accounts, tools, and access/permissions
• Running recurring checks and audits, and keeping our trackers and SOPs accurate
• Following our analytics/tracking setup steps (we'll train the specifics)
• Spotting what's broken or slow and getting it sorted

What we screen for

• You've personally managed websites, domains, or hosting — or administered online tools and accounts
• You figure things out: handed something unfamiliar, you find the answer
• Ruthless attention to detail — you check your own work before calling it done
• Reliable and responsive — you close your own loops
• Fluent Hindi, working English, and full Indian-business-hours availability

Compensation: ₹30,000–45,000/month depending on experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses — and it grows with your scope.
