This is a full-time role for a Skilled Webmaster based in New Delhi, to manage our official website - www.penopedia.com. The Webmaster will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's websites. Day-to-day tasks include web design, overseeing e-commerce functionalities, programming, project management, and analyzing web analytics. The Webmaster will ensure the smooth operation of the website and improve user experience. The role covers website management, e-commerce operations, SEO, analytics, and content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with our luxury brand identity.

Specializing in Fountain Pens, Fountain Pen Inks, Paper ,& Paraphernalia; we offer custom testing and optimization services to ensure nothing compromises the customer's writing experience. We are dedicated to delivering a superior experience for all writing aficionados, collectors and users.

• Maintain and optimize website performance, security, and uptime.
• Manage product listings, content updates, and promotions.
• Oversee e-commerce operations: cart, checkout, payments, logistics.
• Implement SEO strategies and track performance with analytics tools.
• Provide reports on traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT/hosting providers.
• Support marketing campaigns with landing pages and integrations.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Web Development / Digital Marketing.
• 2–4 years of experience in website/e-commerce management.
• Proficiency in Shopify. Shopify is our Platform of Choice.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & autonomously.
