About Us

Dozti is a private holding company with interests across technology, infrastructure, consumer markets, and emerging industries. We support purpose-built brands, systems, and ventures designed to scale, endure, and serve generations. As a professional services organization, our credibility depends on clarity of thinking, depth of insight, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a way senior decision-makers can trust.

Job Description

As a Webinar Writer at Dozti, you will be responsible for writing structured, high-quality pre-recorded webinar scripts that communicate both strategic insight and practical execution. These webinars are a core part of our thought leadership, sales enablement, and inbound growth strategy.

This role is ideal for a strong writer who can think in long-form narrative, instructional flow, and audience psychology. You will work closely with subject-matter experts, leadership, content marketing, and SEO/GEO teams to turn expertise into clear, compelling webinar content that educates, builds trust, and supports business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Write complete webinar scripts for pre-recorded sessions, including introductions, section transitions, and conclusions.
  • Structure webinars into clear, logical segments that are easy to follow and engaging to watch.
  • Develop both thought-leadership webinars (strategic, conceptual) and execution-focused webinars (tactical, how-to).
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to extract insights and convert them into polished webinar narratives.
  • Ensure webinar content aligns with Dozti's brand voice, positioning, and professional standards.
  • Work with SEO/GEO teams to structure content for discoverability and repurposing.
  • Support post-webinar repurposing by delivering scripts that can be converted into blogs, summaries, and sales assets.
  • Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in long-form content writing, instructional writing, or thought-leadership content.
  • Strong written English with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.
  • Experience writing structured content such as presentations, guides, tutorials, or scripts.
  • Ability to think in narrative flow, pacing, and audience engagement for 2060 minute content formats.
  • Comfort working with subject-matter experts and translating technical or strategic input into clear language.
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial discipline.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience writing for professional services, consulting, technology, or B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with webinar formats, educational content, or recorded presentations.
  • Understanding of SEO, GEO, or content repurposing workflows.
  • Experience writing slide outlines or speaker notes.
  • Ability to adapt tone between executive-level and practitioner-level audiences.

What We Offer:

  • Ownership of a core thought-leadership content channel.
  • Opportunity to shape how Dozti communicates expertise and credibility.
  • Fully remote work environment with autonomy and focus.
  • Competitive compensation based on writing quality and experience.
  • Long-term growth opportunities as Dozti expands its content and education initiatives.
  • A culture focused on clarity, depth, and building content that lasts.

How to Apply:

Please send your resume and 23 relevant writing samples (long-form content, scripts, guides, or presentations) along with a brief note describing your experience with structured instructional or thought-leadership writing to [Confidential Information].

Language Requirement

This role requires fluent, high-level English proficiency (spoken and written). Candidates must be able to write clear, professional, and articulate content suitable for executive and enterprise audiences.

Please do not apply if you are not fully fluent in professional written English.
