About the Role / What You Will Own
As a Webflow Developer, youll be responsible for building high-performance, responsive, and visually engaging websites. Youll collaborate with designers, marketers, and founders to bring brands to life and ensure their websites align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma or design mockups.
- Implement Webflow CMS, animations, interactions, and advanced functionalities.
- Optimize sites for performance, speed, and accessibility.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed in site builds.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to turn brand vision into high-performing web experiences.
- Manage custom code integrations where needed (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to existing Webflow sites.
Must Have Skills
Webflow Expertise- Strong experience in Webflow development (Webflow CMS, animations, interactions).
- Ability to implement responsive and scalable layouts.
- Experience with Webflow best practices for clean, structured builds.
Attention to Detail & Pixel-Perfect Execution- Ability to translate Figma designs into precise, functional websites.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance usability and design consistency.
Technical Skills- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to handle custom code where needed.
- Experience optimizing websites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with Webflow integrations, third-party tools, and automations.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving- Ability to work with designers, marketers, and founders to deliver a seamless web experience.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
Experience working with early-stage startups or high-growth brands.
Familiarity with Framer or other no-code tools.
Experience setting up custom automations, integrations, or API connections.
