Innovaccer is seeking a Webflow Designer with exceptional design and development capabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites on the Webflow platform, with a keen eye for detail and strong debugging skills.
A Day in the Life:
- Design Implementation: Transform Figma designs into responsive and interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring accurate representation and alignment of all elements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of web projects to identify and rectify any design misalignments, bugs, or performance issues before launch.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Technical Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to enhance Webflow functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, design trends, and industry standards to enhance skills and project outcomes.
What You Need:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in using Webflow's CMS.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Figma for accurately translating designs into Webflow projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset to catch bugs and design discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
