About The Role

We are seeking a thoughtful, creative UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape impactful, performance-driven web experiences across ETS's public-facing digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience, a strong user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with product owners, marketers, and developers to create clear, engaging digital experiences that guide users through purposeful journeys across our websites.

You will be instrumental in designing and prototyping user experiences that support business objectives such as lead capture, user engagement, and e-commerce conversion. Your work will ensure that our digital platforms are not only visually appealing but also highly functional, accessible, and optimized for performance across various devices and regions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, including web launches, migrations, and enhancements, while working within a dynamic, collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related or technology-related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Web or Graphic Design, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience designing web-based digital experiences.
  • Experience designing for lead generation, e-commerce, or personalized content journeys.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and testing tools such as Adobe Target or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to Content Management Systems (CMS) and commerce platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience supporting or collaborating on personalization or dynamic content initiatives.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (must-have) and experience working with developers in production environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions that enhance usability, engagement, or conversion outcomes.
  • Experience designing responsive, mobile-friendly web interfaces.
  • Ability to work within shared design systems, contributing reusable, scalable components and pattern improvements.
  • Comfort working in Agile, cross-functional environments with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advocate for users while aligning with business goals.
  • Experience with AI tooling is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype engaging user experiences that support business goals such as lead capture, user engagement, and e-commerce conversions.
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for marketing, content, and commerce experiences.
  • Apply UX best practices to streamline key customer journeys, enhance clarity, and reduce friction across priority web experiences.
  • Develop test-ready user flows and components to facilitate ongoing A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CRO, analytics, SEO, and development teams to translate insights into iterative design improvements that deliver measurable results.
  • Contribute to and maintain our shared design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and governance across all ETS web properties.
  • Participate in usability testing, heuristic reviews, and design critiques, integrating validated learnings into future iterations.
  • Support web launches, migrations, and enhancements in FY26 through UX strategies that balance brand storytelling, usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Design with accessibility-first principles, continuously improving user experience across devices, regions, and diverse audiences.
