Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web QA Intern. The Web QA Intern will test web pages and user flows across devices and browsers, identify and document bugs, and verify fixes in collaboration with developers and designers. Daily responsibilities include executing test cases, validating layout and styling, checking responsiveness and accessibility, and ensuring a consistent user experience. The intern will assist in regression testing before deployments, help improve test documentation, and support continuous improvement of QA processes. This role offers exposure to real-world EdTech products and an opportunity to learn from experienced technology and product teams.
Qualifications
  • Foundational skills in Web Design and understanding of user experience and responsive layouts.
  • Basic Front-End Development knowledge, including HTML and JavaScript, to understand how interfaces are built and function.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Web Development concepts and workflows, including version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Working knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to verify styling, layout consistency, and cross-browser rendering.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools to validate user behavior, monitor performance, and support data-driven quality decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to follow structured test cases and documentation practices.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
