Location: Hybrid (Remote + Bangalore Office)
Team: Global Marketing
Duration: full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Web Product Specialist to help bring our digital marketing experiences to life. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, ecommerce, design, and web development, ensuring that creative concepts are translated into seamless, high-performing web experiences.

You'll act as the connective tissue between designers and developers - helping translate marketing goals into actionable requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects launch on time and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, goals, and functional requirements.

  • Translate marketing and creative requirements into developer-ready tickets and user stories.

  • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements, review staging builds, and ensure quality before launch.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement product enhancements and web updates.

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Support QA and content reviews for new web pages, campaigns, and digital features.

  • Help maintain web content standards and documentation for global marketing teams.

  • Plan and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, and customer journeys

  • Contribute ideas to improve workflow between design, development, and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Commerce specializing in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing Technology, or a similar field.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in digital marketing, UX, and web technologies (basic familiarity with HTML/CMS is a plus).

  • Ability to translate creative ideas into structured, actionable plans - enjoys talking the language of both creative and technical teams.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive
