Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce publishes a steady stream of pages and emails: landing pages for hiring drives, job pages for clients, email templates for candidate updates. A page that looks slightly off or breaks on a phone costs us applications. As a Web Page Designer Intern, you will build those pages so they look right, load cleanly and work on every screen. You will start from real design files and see your pages go live for actual campaigns.

Your day-to-day

- Turn design files into clean, semantic HTML5 and well-organised CSS3

- Build landing pages and email templates for hiring campaigns

- Use Flexbox, Grid and media queries to create flexible, responsive layouts

- Fix display issues across browsers and mobile devices

- Keep your code tidy, reusable and easy for others to read

- Add simple interactions and animations using CSS and basic JavaScript

- Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review

You are a good fit if

- You know HTML5 and CSS3 well

- You understand Flexbox, Grid and responsive design principles

- You care about typography, spacing and alignment

- You take feedback gracefully and improve quickly

- You test your pages on different screen sizes before sharing them

- You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have, not required

- Basic JavaScript knowledge

- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

- A CodePen, GitHub profile or portfolio with pages you built

Who can apply

- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, diploma programs or any stream with strong web skills

- Self-taught learners who can show their work through a portfolio, CodePen or GitHub

- Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required

- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period
