We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy EdTech Support Executive to manage and support our digital education ecosystem, including website operations, social media marketing, and Learning Management System (LMS) support.
Role: Website Operations (Ed-tech Support Executive)
Location: Mumbai, Work from Office
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Basic website CMS knowledge (WordPress/Wix/Drupal / Core PHP(MVC), MySQL, Javascript, HTML. CSS, Bootstrap)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific, Google Classroom, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Website & LMS Management
- Manage website updates, course uploads, announcements, and LMS administration.
- Upload learning content, assessments, and resources.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and resolve technical issues.
- Support faculty and learners with platform access and course delivery.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Execute social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Create and schedule content, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, analytics, lead generation, and paid promotions.
- Manage online community interactions and inquiries.
Content & Operational Support
- Coordinate webinars, live sessions, and virtual events.
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and learner communications.
- Maintain digital records and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
