Investigate hosting tickets involving websites, email, DNS, SSL, databases and account configuration.
Keep customers informed with concise updates that explain the issue and next action.
Recognise server-level faults and escalate with the evidence an administrator needs.
Follow client procedures while representing white-label support teams professionally.

Hands-on experience supporting shared hosting, VPS or reseller customers.
Confidence with Linux basics and common hosting control panels.
Strong written communication and a calm approach to frustrated customers.
Ability to prioritise requests by impact, urgency and available evidence.

Experience that can help

Experience with ticketing systems and shift-based support.
Knowledge of WordPress, mail delivery, domain delegation and SSL troubleshooting.
Exposure to abuse, malware or account-compromise workflows.
