We're looking for a designer whose first love is graphic design. Someone who obsesses over typography,
layouts, grids, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling-and understands that every design decision should
communicate something meaningful.
If you spend your free time exploring new design styles, experimenting with AI tools, or analysing why a
brand works, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
. Design brand identities and visual systems - logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built
to scale across touchpoints.
. Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.
. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
. Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.
. Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
. Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.
What We're Looking For
. 4-6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
. A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
. Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
. Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.
. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
. Curious, humble and constantly learning.
. An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
. Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or
similar.

. Experience designing responsive websites & branding.
