We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Development Trainer who can train students in modern web development technologies and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience along with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Web Development concepts and technologies.
- Teach students HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development frameworks.
- Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, projects, assignments, and real-world use cases.
- Develop and maintain training content, presentations, coding exercises, and project-based learning materials.
- Mentor students on their projects and provide constructive feedback on their code and development practices.
- Conduct assessments, coding tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Help students understand responsive design, UI development, APIs, Git/GitHub, and web application development.
- Guide students in debugging, problem-solving, and writing clean and maintainable code.
- Stay updated with the latest web development tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the training curriculum.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of at least one modern framework/library such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java will be an advantage.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications or training experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience as a Web Development Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty, Developer, or Mentor.
- Experience in conducting classroom/online technical training.
