Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Web Development Trainer at CSR Projects | India. The Web Development Trainer will design and deliver training programs on web technologies, frameworks, and development best practices to learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating curriculum and training materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with project teams and HR to align training content with CSR objectives and employability goals, and will maintain training documentation and reports. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and tools to ensure relevant, high-quality instruction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, with experience delivering technical training programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex web development concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess Human Resources (HR) understanding related to learning and development processes and learner engagement.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills, including creating structured lesson plans, exercises, and assessments for web development topics.
• Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, frameworks) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in technology or web development is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage classroom dynamics, and support inclusive learning environments.
