About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for an innovative, customer-centric, and creative individual to join our team as an M&C Support Professional. In this role, you will be an integral part of the creative production team, working to develop and produce meticulously devised content for our internal and external clientele. You will have the opportunity to convert customer needs into stimulating ideas, designs and communications strategies. Your role will not only be fundamental in shaping our communication assets, but also in managing service delivery and customer relationships. What you will do:
- Support the global Marketing and Communications unit with matters concerning project and portfolio management, including tool support for planning, collaboration, and workflows.
- Continuous development in the existing applications/ new applications, configure, create templates and flows, on Microsoft platform.
- Work closely with Ericsson Group IT, keeping up to date on planned platform upgrades, overall IT landscape changes, and so forth.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues (second line support) and communicate with users.
- Support with tool/application improvements activities, gap analysis and requirements
- Perform tool training with M&C staff. Help drive digital competence development throughout Ericssons global Marketing & Communications department. Promote new tools and ways-of-working to the whole M&C organization.
- Create statistics, dashboards and other analysis.
- Manage tool governance.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, IT or equivalent
- Upto 3 years of domain working experience
- Experience of working in a global team
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of Office 365, MS Project Online, SharePoint Online, Power automate, PowerApps, logical flows and other systems within the Office 365 eco-system. JavaScript, React.Js, Knowledge of IT systems & processes
- Knowledge of power query and Azure is good to know.
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Excellent relationship building and consulting skills

- Pro-active thinking and result-oriented
