About the Opportunity

Recruit Forge is hiring Web Development Interns for one of its client organizations, CVOne. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in modern web development while working on a real-world, production-grade product.

Role Overview

As a Web Development Intern, you will work at the intersection of frontend development and product engineering. The role involves building clean, intuitive, and mobile-first web interfaces while collaborating closely with backend APIs to deliver smooth and reliable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine user-facing web screens
• Implement audio and video recording and upload workflows
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
• Handle form validation, error states, retries, and edge cases
• Improve usability for low-literacy and mobile-first users
• Identify and resolve UI bugs efficiently

Required Skills

• Experience with React or React Native (based on project stack)
• Understanding of API integration and frontend-backend communication
• Basic knowledge of state management concepts
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first web design

Good to Have

• Interest in UX, accessibility, and inclusive design
• Experience with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Experience building mobile-first applications
• Curiosity about real user behavior beyond UI polish
