At 98thPercentile, we are looking for a sharp Web Developer & Workflow Automation Specialist to bridge the gap between modern front-end development, CMS management, and business process automation. If you know your way around code and HubSpot, this role is for you!

Days of working: 5 Days

Budget: 3-4LPA

What You Will Do:

• Front-End Development: Build, maintain, and optimize responsive, lightning-fast web pages using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and JavaScript.
• HubSpot Mastery: Manage website layouts, custom templates, and modules across HubSpot CMS.
• CRM & Marketing Automation: Configure HubSpot workflows, automate sales/marketing handoffs, and manage the contact lifecycle.
• Workflow Automation: Design and build automated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and troubleshoot UTM parameters, marketing attribution, and tracking pixels (Google, Meta).
• Testing & Optimization: Ensure flawless mobile-friendly experiences, diagnose bugs, and improve Core Web Vitals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Tech Stack: Solid competence in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• HubSpot Ecosystem: Good working knowledge of HubSpot features (CMS, CRM, workflows, forms, reporting).
• Automation Aptitude: Working knowledge (or strong interest in mastering) Microsoft Power Automate and CRM webhooks.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical reasoning and the cognitive ability to rapidly break down business processes and learn new tools.
• Collaboration: A detail-oriented team player ready to work with marketing, sales, and tech teams.
