Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Mumbai. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, optimizing site performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves collaborating with designers, content specialists, and project managers, troubleshooting technical issues, and keeping codebases secure, scalable, and well-documented. The Web Developer is expected to stay current with web technologies and best practices to support high-quality, reliable digital experiences.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid back-end and server-side capabilities, including Back-End Web Development and Programming, using relevant languages, frameworks, and databases.
• Comprehensive Web Development experience, covering full website lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in responsive and cross-platform design, performance optimization, and basic SEO-friendly development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and security best practices is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or product-focused environment is an advantage.
