Role Description : We are looking for an experienced Freelance Full-Stack CRM Developer – Travel CRM to develop, customize, maintain, and enhance our custom Travel CRM platform.

This is a remote, project-based contract opportunity for a developer who can independently handle both front-end and back-end CRM development, database architecture, API integrations, automation, and system optimization.

The developer will work closely with our management and travel operations team to convert business requirements into practical CRM features and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a custom Travel CRM
• Build Customer & Lead Management modules
• Develop Package Library and Package Management
• Build Day-by-Day Itinerary Builder
• Develop Quotation Create, Edit, View & Approval workflows
• Implement pricing, markup, discounts and quotation calculations
• Develop Booking Management
• Build Supplier/Vendor Management
• Develop customer and booking dashboards
• Implement Lead → Quotation → Approval → Booking workflows
• Generate professional PDF quotations and travel documents
• Integrate WhatsApp, Email and SMS APIs
• Integrate third-party travel APIs where required
• Develop user roles and permissions for sales, operations, management and administrators
• Build notifications, reminders and workflow automation
• Design and optimize the CRM database
• Develop secure REST APIs
• Improve CRM performance, scalability and security
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Deploy and maintain the application on cloud/server infrastructure
• Provide ongoing technical support and improvements
