Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data interchange between the server and user interface.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Manage and optimize databases, typically MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and efficient query writing.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack to ensure smooth performance and user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality and team standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the Laravel PHP framework and its core principles (MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, Blade templating).
- Strong knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including components, state management (e.g., Redux), and hooks.
- Expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Tailwind and CSS3.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of web application security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
