Job Description

Seeking for an experienced developer to help in the design, development, and delivery of web apps, API, and our mobile app.
Working in a full-stack role for the SelfInvest web app and the Partners web app.
Building and maintaining API which is consumed by the SelfInvest Mobile app.
Integrate highly critical third-party APIs into both SelfInvest and Partners apps.
Work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, formulate plans and implement them yourself or with the help of junior developers.
Suggest UI/UX design ideas, relational database design, and system design when planning features.
Document features and follows agile processes for software development.
Test features thoroughly before deploying to production.
Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate with other teams to generate reports as and when required.
Optionally contribute to Mobile app development.

Qualification & Experience

5-6 years of experience.

Experience and proficiency in
PHP and Laravel Laravel version 8+
HTML
CSS
JavaScript and jQuery
MySQL
Git or other version control

Experience in building, and maintaining APIs for mobile apps.
Experience in integrating third-party APIs.
Knowledge of REST, JSON
Ability to identify scope for improvements in products and take initiative and ownership of features.
Strong logical and analytical skills for debugging and fixing bugs.
Ability to read and understand code for legacy projects.
Knowledge of best practices for performance and security.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and formulate plans.
Ability to take features from concept to deployment while keeping in mind user experience, reliability, and scalability.
Able to come up with clean UI/UX design ideas, relational database design, and system design.
Self-driven and motivated, popularly known as Manager of one (Read this blog).
Comfortable in communicating clearly during meetings or in written format.
Domain knowledge of Mutual Funds transactions and folios
Experience working with Payment Gateways
Knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud provider
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD
Knowledge of ReactJS, ReactNative, or Ionic.
