Web Developer

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end functionalities of web applications. Key responsibilities include coding, debugging, optimizing web performance, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement user-centered designs and support seamless user experiences.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Programming using languages like Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java, and familiarity with server-side frameworks and databases.
• Strong understanding and experience in Web Development practices, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, website optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Ability to work in distributed teams, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and deployment of web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with security best practices and accessibility standards is a plus.
