Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, maintain, and optimize our websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end and back-end development experience, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performing websites that support business goals such as lead generation and service optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive company websites and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience for both desktop and mobile.
- Troubleshoot website issues, debug code, and ensure smooth functionality across browsers and devices.
- Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics, and tracking platforms.
- Manage website hosting, domains, and backups.
- Ensure security best practices and maintain site integrity.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose updates when beneficial.
- Support the marketing team with technical implementations for PPC, tracking,
and lead capture forms.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web development (front-end or full-stack).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one framework.
- Experience with PHP, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with MySQL or other databases.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Must be able to work during PST business hours.
