About the Job:

The Web & Growth Developer serves as the technical backbone of our digital presence, focusing on the intersection of engineering and marketing performance. Success in this role is defined by a fast, responsive, high-converting website and a perfectly calibrated tracking infrastructure that captures every user interaction. You will act as the bridge between design and data, ensuring that brand vision translates into functional, scalable code. By optimising our conversion paths and technical SEO, you directly accelerate the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains high-performance landing pages that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot forms and tracking.
• Owns the technical tracking stack including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking implementations.
• Develops A/B testing frameworks to systematically improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the site.
• Ensures technical SEO health by managing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborates with the CRM Manager to ensure data flows cleanly from web forms to the CRM without data loss.
• Manages the website's security, hosting environment, and plugin/API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on marketing sites (React, Web flow, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with headless architecture
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 configuration.
• Experience building custom integrations via Zappier or native APIs.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub.
• UX/UI design background or familiarity with design tools.
• Prior work with marketing or agency environments
