Web Developer

Lascade is looking for a passionate Web Developer to build fast, modern, and user-friendly websites that support our growing portfolio of global software products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive websites and web applications.

• Build landing pages, marketing websites, product websites, and interactive web experiences.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

• Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and optimized for user experience.

• Implement SEO best practices during development.

• Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and third-party services.

• Optimize website performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.

• Build reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code.

• Identify and resolve bugs while continuously improving website quality.

• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and development best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Web Development.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.

• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

• Basic understanding of SEO, website performance, and accessibility.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.

• Experience working with headless CMS platforms.

• Basic backend development knowledge.

• Experience deploying websites on cloud platforms.

• Understanding of analytics and tracking implementation.
