Web Developer

About the Role

Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications. This includes customizing plugins, creating responsive and interactive web pages, and ensuring consistency across platforms and browsers. You will play a key role in converting UI/UX designs into functional prototypes while maintaining clean, reusable, and optimized code.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain WordPress-based applications independently.

Customize and develop WordPress plugins and themes.

Convert UI/UX designs into prototypes and interactive, user-friendly web pages.

Ensure code reusability, maintainability, and optimization for performance.

Implement CSS changes to ensure consistent style across browsers and platforms.

Develop responsive design websites to enhance user experience across devices.

Maintain MySQL databases for web applications and optimize database queries.

Utilize and customize child themes and WordPress templates.

Leverage popular plugins like Yoast SEO, Elementor, and WPBakery Page Builder for enhanced functionality (a plus).

Key Requirements and Skills

Experience with WordPress and PHP Development including Knowledge of WordPress plugins architecture.

Knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, MySQL.

Responsible for WordPress plugins customization.

Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.

Developing maintaining WordPress - based application independently.

Ability to understand CSS changes to have consistent style across platforms and browsers

Must have knowledge of child themes and WordPress templates.

Experience in developing responsive design websites

Knowledge of popular plugins such as Yoast SEO, Elementor, WPBakery Page Builder is a plus.

Primary Skill: PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, bootstrap, WordPress, MySQL.
