Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical Web Developer (2–3 years of experience) to support our SEO team by owning technical SEO, site performance, and web architecture. This role requires strong expertise in front-end web development, JavaScript rendering with Next.js, and search engine optimization at scale.

You will work on crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, rendering issues, and site infrastructure—ensuring our websites meet modern search engine requirements and performance benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities

Technical SEO & Architecture

Design and maintain SEO-friendly site architecture and URL structures
Diagnose and resolve crawl budget, indexation, and rendering issues
Implement and manage canonicalization, hreflang, pagination, redirects, and robots directives
Lead SEO-safe site migrations, domain changes, and large-scale page rollouts
Analyze and optimize log files to improve search engine crawl efficiency

Performance & Web Engineering

Own Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP, CLS, INP)
Optimize JavaScript execution, rendering paths, and hydration in Next.js
Implement advanced caching strategies, CDNs, edge functions, and asset optimization
Optimize images, fonts, and critical rendering paths
Monitor and improve TTFB, server response times, and overall page load performance

Development

Develop and maintain reusable, SEO-optimized components and templates in Next.js
Implement and validate structured data (JSON-LD) at scale
Ensure proper handling of JavaScript-heavy, SSR/SSG/CSR Next.js applications
Maintain clean, semantic HTML output for accessibility and SEO
