Job Description
Key Responsibilities
‒Maintain and enhance the existing web application built on ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, Knockout.js, jQuery and DevExpress.
‒Design and build migrated modules in ASP.NET Core and Angular targeting Azure App Service.
‒Design, build and consume RESTful APIs; write efficient, optimized SQL and LINQ.
‒Rebuild scheduled .NET console jobs as Azure Functions or WebJobs.
‒Lead code reviews, mentor developers and contribute to architecture decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
‒.NET Framework: in-depth understanding and hands-on production experience.
‒ASP.NET Web Forms: strong expertise developing and maintaining enterprise web applications.
‒C#: strong command of the language, including object-oriented best practices.
‒ASP.NET Web API: proven experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
‒Angular: experience building single-page applications.
‒Knockout.js and jQuery: proficient building responsive, dynamic user interfaces.
‒DevExpress: experience using DevExpress controls to improve the user experience.
‒SQL and LINQ: able to write efficient, optimized queries.
‒Scheduled tasks: experience building and managing cron jobs via .NET console applications.
‒Distributed systems: experience designing scalable systems with a performance-first mindset.
