About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Groww. In this role, you will be responsible for building engaging, high-performance user-facing applications that enhance our customers experience. Your work will involve designing and implementing scalable UI/UX solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our digital products are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You will play a key role in driving product development through the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. You should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with tools and libraries such as webpack, Redux, Redux-thunk, Node.js, JIRA, and Jenkins is essential. A strong understanding of data structures and programming concepts, coupled with an obsessive attention to detail in product and design intricacies, is required. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities
- Build user-facing journeys with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Design and realize visually appealing yet performant UI/UX solutions, collaborating with team members to elevate the overall quality of the product.
- Drive product and feature development throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems within the codebase or team processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Create comprehensive technical design documentation to facilitate scalable, efficient, and testable code development.
- Participate in regular peer code reviews to maintain code quality and sanity.
- Maintain and upgrade existing codebases as needed, ensuring continued performance and security.
- Own your work fully, taking responsibility for the features and components you develop.
- Integrate complex third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
