Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Web/HubSpot Developer who can design, develop, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and marketing automation assets using HubSpot CMS along with core front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot development (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and email templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS.
- Customize HubSpot modules, themes, and workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives and overall departments.
- Build dynamic and interactive UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement web-based solutions.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and SEO.
- Manage HubSpot integrations, forms, tracking codes, and automation features.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot COS/CMS (mandatory).
- Experience in building HubSpot templates, custom modules, and workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks and modern UI/UX principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of marketing automation concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot or front-end development are a plus.
