About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer (AI Trainer) to collaborate on high-impact projects aimed at improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will work closely with cutting-edge engineering teams and contribute directly to enhancing SOTA (state-of-the-art) AI models that power modern web development workflows. You will review, refine, and evaluate AI-generated code across both frontend and backend layers, ensuring it aligns with real-world engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review frontend and backend code.
• Identify bugs and structure issues.
• Validate API and database logic.
• Provide optimization feedback.
• Assess prompts across web technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in full-stack or web development.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS + backend framework.
• Debugging and architecture understanding.
• Strong coding fundamentals.
