Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into the websites, ensuring they remain current and effective for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of web applications.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and optimizing legacy systems.
- Familiarity with integrating mainframe applications with modern web technologies.
- Ability to write clear and maintainable code following best practices.
- Experience in documenting technical specifications and design documents.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
