This role focuses on designing, building, and testing web-based applications, with a primary emphasis on backend microservices for critical business functions like Payroll and Onboarding. You will be instrumental in developing robust and scalable solutions, contributing to the core functionality and user experience of our web platforms.
Key Deliverables
- Design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement backend microservices for Payroll and Onboarding using Java and Spring Boot.
- Create and maintain REST APIs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, and data pipelines.
- Document technical designs and specifications thoroughly to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Research and integrate updated content for websites, ensuring relevance and user-friendliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute actively to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in designing and developing backend microservices.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Familiarity with Java Full Stack Development.
- Exposure to Hadoop Administration.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
