Summary:

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and effective for users. Collaboration with other teams may also be part of the daily routine to maintain seamless website functionality and user experience.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in web development and quality standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning of web applications.
• Ability to analyze application performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and application lifecycle management.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application design.
