• Lead the implementation of best practices in web development to enhance team productivity and project quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
• Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries to streamline application development.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles to ensure applications function well across devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications efficiently to maintain optimal performance.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
